WARNINg IRAN THEIF TAKES IT TO NEW LEVEL!
As most in the community know there is a prolific domain theif from the middle east ( IRAN ) that has stolen several high profile names. He has been spotted and stopped several times yet continues to operate and be successful at it.
Well it has reached a new level. He is now so brazen and " untouchable " in his mind he has now started to operate an active web site offering the stolen names for sale
The following site www.luxarydomains.com features what are known to be STOLEN or hijacked domains. The magnitude is shocking and likely not all he has taken. I will go further to state that alot of those victims are still clueless.
DO NOT PURCHASE ANY OF THESE NAMES FROM HIM!!!!
Posting the list here so that if he takes the site down we as a community at least are able to search.

I own these names - names hijacked from my 1and1.com account
I own these names and many more that aren't listed here in this forum, such as donate.com, that this entity hijacked from my 1and1.com account.
don't buy any names from imenhost@gmail.com. this is the email address that is in the whois for my hijacked domains. most of the hijacked names are still with 1and1.com, but in a different account. some names have already been transferred to a different registrar. name.com is the registrar on several of the stolen names. i hope the registrars lock down my highjacked account, the account at 1and1.com where most of the names are now, and the account at name.com. i hope they can track the theft before potential buyers buy a domain that is stolen

Matt, post your reply over at dnf and np's as well. I started a similar thread at each( I think you saw them ). Alot of those members are " newer " to the market and more likely to buy them without research. Already stopped a few transactions. All the best Matt, youll have a busy week for sure.

several hundred other names not listed but also hijacked
Many, many other names were in the account, more than one hundred, that the thief locked me out of and transferred the names to another 1and1.com account and then / later also a name.com account.
i've had millions in dollars in domain names hijacked from my account
such as
donate.com, problems.com, evaluate.com, suggestions.com, etc.
huge headache!
i'm hoping 1and1.com and name.com act quickly to stop this. freeze all accounts related to this theft!

Ya that is the first step..
Get your lawyer ( domain lawyer I hope ) to fire off a notice to the registraras and have them locked down, if I recall a registrar lock.
From there I hope they work with you to solve this easily. Make sure you gather a detail of events as you believe they occured, mention numerous times and point out the threads showin this guy is a KNOWN theif etc. Sometimes you get someone on the other end who can see it clearly and will not force you to take legal action.

Re: several hundred other names not listed but also hijacked
Name.com has taken steps to lock down all domain names which we've been notified of. Approximately a dozen so far.
We're happy to work with the original registrants and registrars to sort this out.
