Finally this has a happy end, thanks to all the people that get interested in my problem and try to help me, specially to DOMO SAPIENS.

Guys : My help was not a big deal , I just made a phone call , good thing Dani realized right away his GD account was hacked, I provided the data the GD rep requested promptly ( Dani had it handy) and the acct was blocked , I also suggested Dani posted at dnforum for obvious reasons not sure why it took so long ...
Funny thing I did excatly the same for another friend from Spain 3 weeks ago (he has an inmmensly popular site) , very simmilar case Godaddy , hotmail email hacked , GD acct hacked etc etc, except this time it was proven the victim's server was hacked via wifi ...
for those than don't get it... voz.com = voice in spanish (from latin vox)
