    Beware of subtledomains.com

Beware of subtledomains.com at all costs. About six months ago I had around four domain names pushed to me so I login and change all contact info and just basically redirect these names since they get around 300 uniques a month instead of them sitting in cyber space etc.. Well i have contacted them around 4 months ago requesting my info etc.. they need to verify my account info which I didn't mind and got the info. Since then something has happened and I think they changed my account info so I can not login.

About seven days ago I requested the info again since I mis-placed my emails. Well this is what I get.

I need an order number to send the username.

I was wondering if you could pass me my User name for my Domain names. Domain name is XXXXXX.XXX Is there a way to reset the u/p?

    Frank

As you can see I am the Admin and all contact on my domain names and my email address is the one that I used here. A few months ago when I called up there the guy was very rude and basically just hung up on me. Seems just like a one person job there and I say stay away at all costs. They are basically holding my domain names hostage...

Any ideas would be great. Who do I bitch to?

    Thanks for reading!

    RE: Your domain names

Please try to understand that we have to keep some security processes in place to safe guard your domain names. Being an admin contact on a domain name does not grant you access to our domain management system (which could have other domain names as well).

If you cannot remember the username or password, you should first use the forgot password tool to retrieve your information after answering a series of questions. If you contact us, we need proof. We cannot simply give away this information without some proof that you own the account in question.
