I just received this email from "Back End"

What is interesting is that a few hours prior to receiving this email I also received an email from a Dr. Lewis Brewer.....also with typing errors.....telling me that he will pay me 70% of appriased value. And repeatedly telling me to have an appriasal done at finalappraisal.com have them email report to him.

I am wondering if the one from Brewer is also a scam???

looks like this "super domain deal maker" tried to get me as well. identical emails to what I see listed above
from a *Dr. Michael Kayat. same pitch, same wasted effort on my end. at least I didn't spend any appraisal money. He was pitching allfordomains.com but first said alldomains.com as the best independent appraisors.

(*changed his identity again, isn't there a law against misrepresentation of ones identity)

Here is the 2nd email that I just received from Kayat and "Back End"

Can you provide me with independent valuation (appraisal)? I need such valuation for name priced in your range. I consider your name as an investment. In other words I'm going to sell your name later and make a profit. If I overpay I won't be able to make a profit in the future. It's very important for you and me to know the current market value of your domain.

Of course, we must be sure that you are engaging a reputable appraisal company. I heard many appraisal companies often made inaccurate appraisals. I will only accept appraisals from independent appraisal companies I know and trust.

To avoid mistakes I asked domain experts about reputable appraisal companies in a forum

I didn't get one from Dr Brewster, but who knows, this nonsense started yesterday. My second email was identical to yours. Same link to domaintalk, how do I prefer to get paid etc. he included a link to some negative publicity on an "afternic" someone he did not trust, and also pitched a domainmart as someone he " trusts" (at $200 an hour they should be)

thats part of their classic pitch - to include recognised but much higher priced companies to add credibility with the idea that you'll go for the lower cost choice.

It caught my eye, because I had seen this identical e-mail about a week prior to this one. Same content, just the domain changed out. After responding to have my e-mail address removed, he responded with:
