As I wrote they process payments for the same kind of websites and don't have anything about it in the rules.
    Get some clues.

It's possible that they aren't aware of every website that uses 2CO and what those websites are about.

I have used 2Checkout.com for 2 years with success. They are a reputable company. The fact is, if you are selling nontangibles (ie, domain names), they are only one of a couple merchant services out there that will handle nontangibles.

They have had some growing pains to be sure. On a couple occassions I received monthly disbursements late but that was an isolated incident. Most recently their website experienced DOS attacks but they seemed to have solved that problem.

As far as chargebacks I have never had even 1. And I have had hundreds of transactions using them. They occassionally give you a fraud warning but 99% of the time is a nonfraud transaction and a flag was raised such as IP address or customer tried to enter more than a few times.

They only reversed one transaction that apparently triggered too many fraud flags. But they tell you not to ship for 24 hours to give them time to review transactions so I didnt lose a domain to the charge reversal, in fact I know this one was nonfraud as well because the customer mailed me payment later.

They even called me at home when I put in a ticket once, and were helpful in getting my issue solved.

All in all they have made it possible for me to make hundreds of transactions happen for those people who don't have PayPal of which there are many in the world. 2Checkout has had some bumps in the road over the last 2 years and though they could have probably been better communicators to their customers about issues when issues arose, they do have an active discussion board which is very helpful.
