Specifically looking for names in the $250k-$1M range
I am looking to buy single or groups of domains, specifically in the $250k-$1M range. Other figures are certainly entertained, but this is the range I'm generally looking in.
(Please note that if you are not willing to sell in that range and value your names in a different way than me, I totally understand but please don't crap in my thread.
I'm paying 8-10 years rev. on generic type-in .com's ONLY. No brands, alternate extensions, typos, dashes, or any other names. Portfolios are fine, but please send info for all the domains, not just a few if you want top dollar.
All deals completed in 48 hours via escrow.com. I'll pay a referral for business brought, usually in the range of 5%-10% of the final price after escrow.
Send me your names. I make offers on the following sliding scale of info:
No info > Screen Caps from parking co. > 48 hour test with us
It's your call, but most of the deals we have made--sharks.com, earth.com, snake.com, passwords.com, lunch.com etc., etc--are done after testing. But we do often close with screen caps alone. Also note that unlike other companies, we test only 48 hours max, and kick back revenue, so there's no loss to you.

I think you meant:
No info < Screen caps < 48 hour test
Otherwise, you're paying the most for No Info!
> mean "greater than"
< means "less than"

I was using the > sign as simply a little chevron, but thanks George.

I sent an email w/attachment to email. Thanks for looking.
P.S. The chevron is underused in the US. Thanks for bringing it back out from the darkness (Canadians shouldn't have all the fun-they LOVE it to death up North.)

LAWNSALE.COM
Will consider offers for this domain www.lawnsale.com
America's newest favorite Saturday morning activity is attending Lawn Sales, Yard Sale, Garage Sales, etc. Just imagine creating a world wide database for every LawnSale in the world, and charging a small fee for the ads.

For those that have emailed, not interested in non-traffic names unless price is remarkably low
-
Are you replying to all emails with domains with traffic or a non reply means no interest?

No reply means no interest, especially in your case.

Grow up.
I consider it a sign of maturity not to buy names from people who antagonize me. If that's okay with you, please leave my thread. If it's not, continue to bump.
