Ian, my apologies for not replying, but for some time since this thread has been started, I have instituted a "no-reply means not interested" policy due to the high volume of pitches I receive every week. Hope you understand.

please explain.
When using google for counts - use double quotes for usage counts for multiword terms and set "match type" to "exact" for all search volume lookups. Click here for more info

Domains/sites offered for appraisal/sale that are not owned by the poster must have this fact and the relationship between owner and poster made clear in the post.
