Thank you , this is a great idea to keep the forum clean, crisp , new prospective buyers and sellers migth want to come back with less clutter and nonsense.
Some kind of new criteria IMO should be worked out for the "Sales" thread, people will do/post just about anything
to keep their thread in the top...eg:
