I have a web development project coming up soon and hence I'm looking for the best possible designer I can find within the budget of $25 for one .psd design (will pay $5-10 more per sub page depending on the difference in the sub page).


Preferably someone with experience with web 2.0-styled designs (some bit of glossy), and the site must not look too dead as well ( of people, real things in the world would be good!)
