Re: most of those posted domains are unavailable

and with drive.com which is not really what we were looking at. more like a prodoct category. if I take drive.com, I have to do just as much branding to make people know it is for our program. (though dont get me wrong it is a nice domain).
in fact, auto.com is owned by classified ventures, and you could not pry that off of them.
strongvis, if you know of some names that can be brokered, you should PM me.
pm sent with contact info. I look forward to speaking with you soon .

you read into my post wrong than I suspect. I said he would not find that type of domain here. Sure he obviously made or is making contacts to lead him down that path and had I not come here to look around I would not have made connections with him. No offense was meant but his post would have been better suited as "Broker Wanted" imho

Oh, no offense was taken. It wasn't about offense it was about whether or not making such wanted posts are worth it. You proved they are.

ABSOLUTLY, and that"s why yesterday's 5 figures names
are today 6 figure names and will be 7 figures tomorrow.

I'll assume that's sarcasm or else a bad case of hubris.

cars.com
Not mine but for the money you are quoting that is the ONLY generic name you are going to be offered that isn't *******.
Unless of course domains like automile.net are suddenly worth 7 figures
When are we going to tell the people who don't know what they are doing to FIND ANOTHER INDUSTRY and stop treating us all like idiots?
Rule number 1: Ownership of a credit card is not proof of an ability to buy/sell domains.
Rule number 2: Do not try and explain the value of your domains - if they have value it is already known
Rule number 3: There is no goldmine here unless a) you are an experienced programmer b) you have a large pool of money c) you do not need to work for a normal living d) you are literate to a pre-school level

we have not been able to find one. looks like branding will have to do.
for all you guys and gals with the top generics, dont believe the hype of that 10 or 12 year revenue multiple.

that is a nice name (WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR)
we are looking for a generic like auto.com, cars.com (i know these are taken) or cardealers.com, carsearch.com, etc. more likely two word versions. i know these are taken.
while I really do like swerve.com, this was not what we had in mind. but i will pass it by the team.
thanks, and please thank Innovation HQ for his help.
we are looking for a top generic one or two word domain car related domain. needs to have an ovt. score at least mid XXX.
we would look at two word domains like:
carsearch.com
cardealers.com
Please, people, we all know a 7 figure domain when we see one. It does not need to be justifed. No three word domains.
I hope this helps.
