This thread is a mar on this board & shows the quality of some of it's patrons.

Good luck selling your names. The people here should be trying to encourage outside players to join the board (especially the large ones), unless all you are going for is a circle jerk of lousy .coms & .biz names.

I agree ... but you left out .info ... and not all the .coms are lousy though.

What did I miss I read through both threads and don't see anything Gleem posted that deserved his getting ripped like this.

I don't know the guy ... but from what I can see he didn't post anything more inflamatory than many of the people who are raggin on him have done at one point or another.

I think this post from Gleem was due to him getting attacked for such petty reasons. If no one crapped in his thread this never would have happened. Gleem didn't provoke this, All the guy did is offer to buy some domains...who cares what names he has and whether he wants to share them if he has money to cover his offer to buy.

I suspect Goh is asking do these names belong to you. The whois differs greatly from the whois on avslounge.com - which does appear to be your name.

I answered in the other thread, they all belong to me, and my companieS. Not like I want the world knowing I owned porn domains like freakhole.com, madporn.com and at the same time xbox.net, iraqi-freedom.com and other mainstream stuff, plus I pick up new partners for projects all the time where I create the company new so we can split everything 50/50 without it being complicated.

Thanks zoot and smith for seeing it from my point of view, I have never posted anywhere especially at a place where sellers prolly out number buyers 5 to 1 and had such a chilling welcome.

For the security of our members, if domains listed for sale or appraisal are not owned by the poster, then the relationship between the poster and owner should be made clear. The admins/moderators reserve the right to suspend sales threads pending satisfactory explanations if questions to their validity arise and/or if domains listed by the same person contain different or fake WHOIS details.

less suspicion may have been aroused. After checking the "other thread" as you put, I don't think it was explained very clearly there. I would ask potential buyers of the names in question to verify ownership thoroughly.

Having adressed the above I do believe some members have over reacted on other issues somewhat and ask for restraint.
