I have about 35 domains that I want to develop into minisites. I have already created 3 sites using WordPress. I have original content (or can create it quickly). The sites are in a niche area which I know very well and 2 of the 3 sites are the #1 result in Google.

I know the very basics (how to get the site up and running, how to add AdSense, how to add Google Analytics, etc), but I need help improving monetization, link building, optimizing the ads, design, etc.

The best site of the three is getting decent traffic. I am confident that it can get better traffic and better monetization. Why am I confident of this? Because I haven't done squat to optimize and the Google ads appearing on the site are not very good.

I have tried two different developers in the past. One was a good developer but was clueless about domaining. The other was a good domainer but was too busy working on his own stuff. If you're someone like that, please don't reply. If you have developed domains, if you can work quickly and efficiently, if you can inject some of the wisdom and secrets of the trade into these sites, and if you are willing to start with a paid 1-site test and move on from there, contact me for more details.

there are no secrets, after all you say two of your sites have got to number 1 on google! so you already know how to do it, especially as you have your own unique content which is the most important thing. sounds like you just need to up your link-building to get more traffic. i recommend guest blogging as you create awareness, get traffic and get a quality link back to your site. whatever methods you use, your traffic ans serp's get better with time.
