I have about 35 domains that I want to develop into minisites. I have already created 3 sites using WordPress. I have original content (or can create it quickly). The sites are in a niche area which I know very well and 2 of the 3 sites are the #1 result in Google.

I know the very basics (how to get the site up and running, how to add AdSense, how to add Google Analytics, etc), but I need help improving monetization, link building, optimizing the ads, design, etc.

The best site of the three is getting decent traffic. I am confident that it can get better traffic and better monetization. Why am I confident of this? Because I haven't done anything to optimize, the Google ads on the site are not very good, and the design is probably weak.

I have tried two different developers in the past. One was a good developer but was clueless about domaining. The other was a good domainer but was too busy working on his own stuff. If you're someone like that, please don't reply.
