Best Paying Ads?

Hey there,

What are people experiences? Does Adsense pay the best? Are there any good alternatives?

I know Google doesn't like any kind of mature content - even the stuff that is fine on YouTube (jelly wrestling, that kind of stuff)... Are there any ad companies that are mature content friendly?

Are Yahoo any good? Do they accept people outside of the US?

I was wondering if there was a way to find out when searching for a niche to create a website for if there was a tool to get like what the basic amount you receive per click for ads relating to that niche. I hope I'm asking this right Basically I want to find out what the average click will get me for a niche. I could of course build the sites but I would basically have to guess So I figured there had to be a way out there to find out what the high paying keywords were.
