Have you ever encountered this problem?

On 23 March, I succeed the aution about 7957.com on afternic.com, and they notified me the seller had accept
offer and I can make the payment, so I made the payment on 24 March, now the status is waiting for Extrange,
But today I see the domain 7957.com is still on auction on godaddy, I am confused.
Anybody knows what's wrong? And what shall I do now?

That means your price is not accepted by the Owner/Registrant. The worst that can happen to the Owner is to close the account and they will refund your money back to you. You can ask them for a refund if the domain is not pushed to your account. Cheers.

Thank you for your kind reply, I suppose you are right, the owner does not accept my price, the status of this
name now is waiting for seller to transfer the name, but I don't know the owner's attitude, so how long should I wait and to initiate the refund in your opinion? Thanks again!

You can still find out the cause of the problem from the auction company to be sure of the situation.
