HOW TO ADD AN IMAGE UPLOADER TO MY BLOGGER.COM BLOG

To do that a user can upload an image to one of specified blog pages and link a url to it if he want

Things the system should deliver

1. an upload interface form ,

2. free database ,

3. automatical uploadability to a specified page

4.
an image resolution limit . those exeed rejected

5. linkability at the very moment they are uploaded

how i can get this accomplished ?

I know bit HTML . but none of php , MY SQML

i am in a desperate necessity . plz somebody hang around a while and post something usefull . ( something lengthy and desriptive )

the blogger.com doesnt support PHP MYSQL but support JAVA script and third party jsp html scripts
