I have a blog which I post available unregisterd domains on a daily basis . A page rank is not immaginable in the near or far future . Actually how to acquire one while alive ?

My targeting keywords are ''available domains'' .
In the serp there is a website that provide only one garbage domain a week . But its listed . Thats not fair . Arent daily updatings taken into account when calculating PR . Most of the websites depend on past glory there

if you mean by using auto submission services then you may risk your site being penalised by the search engines as multiple submissions at once can be seen as spam. it's better to to link building (and other seo tasks) manually to create a natural progression of the sites which search engines will favour

the best free method has been mentioned (content) but apart from that the best, free back links are those from authority websites (.gov and .edu) and then from those sites that are relevant to yours which have a high PR
