I'm guessing you may not understand that when dealing with 1,700 members trying to reply to all the emails/pm's/requests isn't always easy.

We do lots of work behind the scenes, discussing amongst ourselves members requests, reported posts, unruly members etc, which takes a lot of our time up.

We are constantly moving threads created in the wrong forums or chasing thread starters in the wanted forum to see if the thread they have left unattended is still serving a purpose or can be closed - that takes time.

We do that to stop clutter of the forums with dead threads, so members can navigate through threads that are 'live'.

We do our best and sometimes, Arthur thinks Martha has replied to a message to the mods/admin.
