You announced some maintenance recently that should not have affected existing domains parked with you.
However several people, including me, experienced 25-30% lower revenues on otherwise very stable portfolios. As this happens exactly at the time you are doing maintenance it is unlikely to be a coincidence.

Can you please let us know what you will do about this?
Please take this up urgently as the lower payouts still continue.
