Exclamation Minds and Machines et al vs. Wolfgang Puck et al!

    http://dockets.justia.com/docket/cou...ase_id-162243/

    Maybe a fight over .food?

    http://www.domainpulse.com/2009/06/2...-icann-sydney/

But I'll let the bloggers download and post the case.

Oh, the obvious blogger title would be:

    .FOOD fight

    if it is over .food.

We might want to watch shares of TLDH tomorrow:

    however it's very thinly traded.

So are the nTLDs the nouvelle cuisine of the domain world or reheated leftovers? Some of the stuff in this case is insane. "The next Bill Gates"?

Talk about a waste of money with all these legal threats. Dnjournal has some good commentry on this and also .sport today. It is all quite bizarre,

"the .Sport Policy Advisory Council (who wants to see a .sport TLD) sent ICANN a threatening letter warning against giving anyone else an extension related to any sport! This even though no one, including them, has been awarded any extension yet."

I had a good laugh about the Bills Gates stuff, I can just imagine this lady gabbling to her friends.

I just checked PACER, and a response is now due (after various extensions) October 30. So, it should be fun reading before the weekend!
