live chat software
I need suggestions for any live chat software that is appropriate for my hotel business. As I have heard live chat is very useful these days. I mean live chat service that will serve as a virtual assistant that would help me communicates with my clients easily. I've been doing a lot of research but one of our executive staff recommended this software live247support. I read recently and they offer different features and affiliate program also. Has anyone tried there software/service?

Didn't you read the post dough? Carla has a 'hotel business' - nothing to do with chat software honest. It wasn't even her question it was one of her 'executive staff' As she asked so politely though I will respond. Live247support are CRAP - avoid them like you'd avoid a dose of the clap. Don't give them a single cent. Don't worry Carla though there are many other alternatives - you want us to list them for you?

The software enables the administrator or webmaster of a web site to receive and respond to text communication from multiple users of the web site. It is commonly used as a way for webmasters/site owners to instantly engage their website visitors; done both in a reactive and proactive fashion. By using this type of software, webmasters often are anticipating: a) increased interactivity and trust with the website visitor; b) (if an E-commerce site) increased sales/conversions.
Among the applications below there are some that use JavaScript, Java or Flash Player to run directly inside the browser. These on-line applications differ from classic software mostly because Website visitors don't have to install anything on their PCs and they can communicate freely with website's online agents. There are also live support software that goes beyond basic text chat, and offer such advanced communication capabilities as true VoIP (Voice over IP), application sharing, remote view, real-time website traffic monitoring, and remote form filling.
Thanks,

I have reviewed many chat software but I found only Live2Support which offers many advance features at reasonable price. They charge only $9.99/month.

Totally agree with Jenie9312.
A good live chat software must meet most of the customers' needs, such as video chat, transfer files/pictures, etc, which can bring more convenience both to users and online staff. While the software needs to benefit more to the software owners, such as collect potential customers' info, monitor online staff's performance and so on.
There are quite a lot of live chat software in the market, I think 123livehelp is cool, which is based on Java, secure, stable, and high performance.
I was wondering why there is no one recommend it?

ClickDesk
We did a thorough research of the live chat options available before we rolled out a service for a huge online retailer, at the moment ClickDesk is the the best option available for the plenty of features it offers, speed of chat and competitive pricing.
