Do you think he can afford to defend the attack?

I believe he uses Kenyon, NY.

And, if by chance he would lose, I'm sure he would take it to federal court.

    Yep.

If it was Campana, they would have filed the court case already.

Elequa has enough money to actually buy a majority share in the airline so i dont think he'll be pissed at all

Defending this case will not be an issue for him, we all know that - I hope whoever it is has deep pockets as they have no idea who there dealing with.

I dont think Losing is in Thunayan (elequas) vocab

Of course, there was also the lawsuit over the stolen domain name size.com, which was previously discussed:

    http://www.domainstate.com/showthrea...m&pagenumber=2

where ultimately size.com was returned to the victim (i.e. check the WHOIS or current website, i.e. the size.co.jp people).

Looks like they decided to go to court (with Lufthansa as the defendant):

I've uploaded a copy of the complaint to:

    http://www.loffs.org/fma-v-lufthansa/

As always, these are just claims, and are yet to be proven in a court of law.

I think Lufthansa already expects to win....when I visited www.lufthansa.com I got redirected to:

    http://www.lufthansa.com/online/portal/LH_COM

Note the "LH_COM" at the very end.

Interesting that they have received numerous offers from Lufthansa.

Could be a $million loss if they get stuck with a crabby panelist and lose the court case. But, that was the right move.

I note in the past Campana has gotten some large judgements in similar cases so it seems FMA could too.

Freedom is the only moral system of government. Democracy and Freedom are not synonymous. Popular political discourse is no more than debating how to arrange the deck chairs on the Titanic. Vote Libertarian. Go to LP.org.
