A member here lost Hayward.com which is the name of many towns in the US. One specifically that I like to vist, hayward WI.

Regarding the price paid, and the price offered, the panelists even have taken to valuating names:

that UDRP is old news by now... but you might want to check the whois.... the Registrant still has the name because he went to court over it. So he certainly has not lost it and likely never will.

I just checked and it appears that the domain name record has changed
to reflect Hayward Industries. This means that Geo domains are not safe
any longer.
