    Domain Appraisal

I'm in the midst of a domain dispute, and need a "professional" appraisal so that I have some evidence of the domain's value.

Does anyone know of a credible domain appraiser?

I believe most members here have the view that there is no current pay domain appraisal that is worth the paper that it is written on. They generally use programmed means to figure out a value and not experience of the market.

If you would like to post the name here (and it is not a total embarrasment) then many members will give you their opinion on the wholesale and end user price on the name.

If you just want something on paper then do a google search and you will find many companies willing to seperate you from your money.

    Good Luck

    David,

I appreciate the advice, but I do need a written appraisal.

Written appraisals are not signs of "worth" - they are just a written version of someones opinion.

Many "professional" paid appraisers will overinflate the value to get repeat business.

If this is in any way a legal/udrp dispute the appraisal could do more harm than good.
When using google for counts - use double quotes for usage counts for multiword terms and set "match type" to "exact" for all search volume lookups. Click here for more info

    Jeff.
Would it be possible to post the reason for the dispute and the reason you think a written appraisal would help.

It depends on the type of the appraisal you go. Check with it
