I already checked but still confused how MLS can be a trademark?

Can city names like VegasMLS .com or NewYorkMLS .COM (not mine just making up examples) be considered trademark infringing?

I think it boils down to use...
Use it in connection with Real Estate and the answer is YES...
Use it for something else and the domain is worthless ,not sure why you bother with these type of domains.

realtor and mls are industry TM's for RE

so any domains using them can be hit with C&D's
