After WIPO decision
Hi,
I like to know this...
After a party losses in a WIPO decision, can the losing party sue in federal court to get a federal binding decision (an appeal to the federal court)?
If so, please tell me the number of days to sue in federal court and what other procedures and things the losing party should be aware of ass well.
tnx in advance,
joe

You can sue in Federal Court if you lose an UDRP, assuming the US Federal Courts have jurisdiction, that you reside in the U.S.. You sue to negate the UDRP decision, although it must be filed within 10 days to beat the registrar transfer.
You can also choose not to participate in the UDRP, file suit, and simply forward a copy of the suit to the dispute provider and they can do with it whatever they want, it's moot at that point. You can use the Federal Pacer system (google it) to retrieve domain related lawsuits to use as a template for filing your own suit. It's surprisingly easy to file.
