To be fair, just because I don't like inane arguments or aguing for arguments sake it doesn't mean that those like philly ( who clearly would argue black is white ) can't enjoy themselves.

thats true, but I believe theres nothing we can do about it because the people over paying/over asking are doing so based on "hope" and thats a hell of a powerful motivator to try and overcome. not everyone who speculates in any market is guaranteed of a return - domains are no different.
