Past 3 years I have done 50% plus online for the holidays. Seems every year there is a new factor for the increase.

    - Stores low on stock.
    - New release not in yet.
    - Prices.
    - Gas prices
    - Return policy becoming better.
    - More competition.

    And finally

    - Shopping rage.

    Patience, Domo...we're just getting started.

Today marked a 10% drop--a technical market correction--in the Dow Jones from its year-high for the second time this year..

We'll all feel the teeth soon enough.

Good news! and this is also reflected in Mondays DS income. RPC for the first time in many months showed a positive movement which resulted in higher income.

Just trying to steer my fellow domainers away from Pollyannaish financial red herrings. The crash hurts a little less if you're ready for it.

P.S. To Domo: you're the one who brought up the word "recession" in this thread.

    I confess.
The word "recession" found it's intended target.
    (with a Smart Missile Precission)

The crash if it happens (I mean you been crying wolf for years one day eventually it will happen), It could be good for some , here is sound financial advice:

    1)" buy low sell high"
    2) Crisis equals opportunity.

That applies to domains to, it seems we are going thru a "flight to quality" period.
    Peace.
