Disputes and Support
Having just "read my ears off" at another thread, I'd like to make a suggestion to anyone who feels they have a beef with someone. Take a minute and make a phone call, or email, or live chat with customer support at your registrar. It's always better to get the answers from those who have them. My recent experience has been that customer support is at an all time high. At least it is with the people I spend my dollars with. Hold time on phone calls has been drastically reduced, and the email and chat support is quick to respond. Yes, even at one of the companies referenced in the thread.
Another suggestion, and should have been the first, is to read and fully understand the policies at the companies where you do business. If there's a question or doubt, call or email them for clarification.
And I guess the most important thing is to be cautiously optimistic when dealing with others. There's always someone out there looking to get over on someone else, but by and large the majority of people are just trying to make it, just like the rest of us.
You know, a few years ago the internet was like being at Woodstock. We all kicked back from home in our flip flops and tee shirts. Everyone was anxious and willing to to share and communicate. Let's not let domain speculation turn us into corporate minded cut throats. Remember, it's only words.

Amen.
When using google for counts - use double quotes for usage counts for multiword terms and set "match type" to "exact" for all search volume lookups. Click here for more info

I am sure you did not mean "it's only words." - no domainer would say that!
You ment it is only ones and zeros I think?
Gota agree with you Rick on the rest, I'm sorry to say
