    This is going to have an impact on the .cn ccTLD. It may reduce it significantly. The .cn has been used as a disposable domain by spammers but some people who have developed .cn domains may be caught in the crossfire.

    Very little. The .us ccTLD has been remarkably stable over the past few years.
