Welcome...and congratulations that you will be developing some names. Buying and selling is a very difficult and complicated business which too many people think will be too easy. Developing names, on the other hand, can almost always be profitable if done right. Great choice...and the best thing is you can still buy and sell as a side business for the excitement of it all.

Great advice! Over the years domainers have come to the realization that a good name by itself doesn't do much. Waiting for someone to be interested enough to buy it off your hands is a waiting game -someday someone might be interested.

Develop the name with great content and the name will become branded and its value will increase much higher than the name by itself is worth.
