I currently use Bluehost.com and am happy with what they offer for the the price ($6.95/mnth; mulitple domains okay), and so far, they have good customer service.

I use hostable! They offer 2 years FREE hosting, but I am not happy with them very much. I had some problems with the sites I moved on a hosting of theirs, that were working fine on the old hosting...
