Thread removed?
I listed a few domains for sale last night in a sales thread:
Enchants.com
Eagerly.com
IncomeBooster.com
FinanceCars.com
AwesomeTemplates.com
The thread is now gone....why?
.

Maybe you didn't mention at least one domain name on your thread title?
-
ahh...I didn't realize that was a new rule...opps.
Thanks Mole

from the site rules:
To avoid wasting members' time, include the actual domain name (or first name if a list) in the title of a sales or appraisal thread.
from the sales forum header:
New threads without a domain in the subject line will be removed without further notice.
from the sales forum new thread page:
Note: Please include at least one domain in the subject line as per the site rules.
We've made several forum posts about this rules change and cannot make it any clearer.
When using google for counts - use double quotes for usage counts for multiword terms and set "match type" to "exact" for all search volume lookups. Click here for more info

Geeze...I feel like a red-headed stepchild. I realized my mistake...no reason to pile on.

"I didn't realize that was a new rule"
My point was it's not like we haven't tried to make it as clear as we possibly can. Thats why we just remove threads now, as that makes people ask why and they remember for next time.

Safe I can understand about posting the actual name for sale if just selling that 1, but can you explain to this old dog (me) a little of the reasoning of postiing one of the names if there is a list?
Seems the "to avoid wasting members' time" doesn't really when the selected name may not represent the quality or extensions represented in the rest of the list.

It acts as a cue for if they've read that thread before or not.
