what is going on with fabulous - my account login does not work anymore and support does not answer emails - is fabulous support too busy to answer emails ???? WHAT IS GOING ON ????

Apologies for the delay in response. I'm currently out of the office attending the TRAFFIC Miami show and haven't really had a chance to reply to emails.
