Nameserver issue
Ok fab,
I know you guys are strict, but I had to answer 5 questions (couldn't remember the exact answer) to change my nameserver?
3 tries or you are locked out? I gave it 2 shots.
Is there anyway I can change my nameserver?

Hi Nas,
I would recommend contacting support@fabulous.com.
By the sounds of it, you are protecting the Nameserver section of your account with the Security Questions feature.
They will be able to assist you in getting access to that section and helping you change the DNS.

I contacted support. However, I still had to answer the questions. I ofcourse failed, and now I am locked out. Is there anyway to bypass it?

Hi Nas,
If you phone the support team, +61 7 3007 0070 (or email them and have them phone you), you should be able to verify that you the account owner and and they can help you from there.

Not to be a jerk,But if you email me your address i will mail you a book free
What i do is write down the codes for each site you go to and put it with you important papers, fire etc
Really good if something did every have to you and your family needed the information
