Nice little bonus...just this minute received an e-mail from fabulous advising that one of my domains (that I no longer wanted and didn't renew) was picked up for $69 (namejet's entry-level bid) when it finally dropped.

The commission has been added to my account there, which I will apply to renewals of other domains. Normally would have received nothing for domains let go.

This thread is in no way an indication of how well this program has been received by our customers. Over the last 2-3 days about 75% of my time has been fielding emails regarding this new service and granting access to accounts.

I don't have any stats, but I would guess that over 100 people have already signed up.

Just a quick update, we're closing in on 200 accounts that have enrolled in the Expiring Domain Service since it went live on Monday!

Excellent news Mike. It's a great service and who knows, a few people might value a name highly and bid accordingly, and the take home payout for the former owner could be quite a tidy amount.

Just finished running some stats on the Expiring Domains Services program, which I thought some may find interesting:

Do we have to add newly registered domains to participate with the new names, My account rep added all my names in my portfolio but since then i have regged and transfered in quite a few are they automatically enroled in the new program or do we have to add them individualy thanks

Newly registered and transferred domains are automatically added to the program and will be listed shortly after they expire.

i'd pay $$$ to get some of my regular, non expired/expiring names listed in namejet.com auctions --- can fab make some arrangements?

We're actually looking to expand our partnership with NameJet to include non-expiring domains.
