    Thanks Mike.

Revenue is quite a bit down today, so hopefully credits will help.

But do they make up for the lost revenue. In my case they average out

I hope they don't average because I'm finding that traffic is starting to increase as we come into the end of the month. If they took an average or compared to last wednesday it wouldn't actually compensate for the losses yesterday as yesterdays server counted uniques are 7% higher than the previous wednesday.

My server traffic count yesterday compared to the ds count is noticeably different to the normal ratio - the ds traffic count is down by about 10%.
When using google for counts - use double quotes for usage counts for multiword terms and set "match type" to "exact" for all search volume lookups. Click here for more info

I guess my revenue misses about 10%. But it's difficult to say what is 'normal', as I also see that traffic has been picking up well this week now the holiday season is over.
I guess Safesys's server count would be a good measure, but still timezoning would come into that. My traffic is mostly European, so maybe I missed a few top hours while US visitors were still sleeping.

Mine is way down today, worst RPM so far this month. I hope DSp can resolve this issue promptly or issue credit accordingly to the affected accounts. Just my thoughts, thanks.

i have also noticed a sharp drop in RPM on some domains .

    example : $ 200 - $ 300 per 1000 visits until 5 days ago - now $ 70 - $ 90 per 1000 visits .

this makes a big change ( in my case)

At that level of rpm, bid fluctuations hit very hard. Are you tracking google bids on your underlying keywords?

DS issued credits for 8/24 and believe me they are very low as compared to the revenue lost on 24th.

25th was even worse and no credits.

I don't know if DS really knows what were the issues with DS 2.0 and we were told DS 3.0 will increase revenues and will be without all those chronic issues of downtimes, stat problems, etc.

I am starting to feel the pain of never ending issues with 3.0 version also.

DS should 'actually' fix the underlying issues (if its possible at all) so that we don't keeping losing. We need money to pay for renewals and all these problems with 3.0 version are very un-welcome to say the least.

I really hope to see regular revenues

Thanks and excuse me for being frustrated...I couldn't help it.

    Regards.

Do you not have an asterisk by the 24th in your stats and a credit amount at the bottom of the page?

If not then perhaps the method they used to calculate the credit was negative in your case foz (like if it was some kind of difference to an average/past day)?
