I just completed the DS survey at DS site and provided totally honest feedback based on exactly how I feel and also wrote the following in comments section :

New Publisher Tools are great except the "bulk management jobs queue" which takes many days and keeps even simple jobs showing "in-progress" status for many days before completing the jobs.

Now the MOST-IMPORTANT PART:

DomainSponsor Revenue/RPM sucks since March of this year and the worst part is that every month is a new low for revenue performance. My overall account revenue has dropped over 50% since January of 2007.

It is HORRIBLE performance by any standard.

You can improve the stats all you want but if REVENUE SUCKS then its of no use to stay with DomainSponsor.

Either you gentlemen take our feedback seriously and improve the revenue performance or you will have a mass exodus of your members leaving DomainSponsor very soon.

We have had ENOUGH!

Thanks and hopefully DomainSponsor management will listen to our feedback and act fast to bring back the revenue performance back to old good days!

In addition, I suggested:

- provide ability to add content
- SEO optimize landers for increasing search engine traffic
- provide online training seminars, etc

I think its about time we loyal members of DS provide it with honest support.

Its good for us and DS both.
