anyone knows why we have no updates since 4 pm est and why no word from support of my inquiry about system problem ?

perhaps support staff don't answer queries during the middle of night? stranger things have happened.

Well, I took a 10 hours of sleep, and the stats didnt moved an inch forward. Something really wronge.

Mine are also the same since this morning. Probably will be updated tomorrow.

snoopy, i really appreciate the news , however i contacted support at 7:35 pm est - this is (and let me use my hands to count) 4:35 pst ( domainsponsor time) and to the very best of my knoweldge this is called late afternoon and not middle in the night.

According to my DS account manager, regular business hours are M-F 9AM-6PM.

This confirms that they did worked on the 17th. Looks like while posting credits for the May 5th, they messed up with May 17th stats

Did someone spill water on a gremlin?

You have to understand that friday is casual day at DS.

Which means they will get to the numbers and posting
when they feel like it.

Why every time the stats backed up, income is on the lower side. I hope nothing falls through the cracks.
