Forced keywords - alternating between those and auto opt
Is anyone else seeing their domains with all forced keywords rotate between that and pages populated with auto-opt keywords when they hit refresh? when it's showing the auto-opt it's also ignoring the setting for the popunder.
It's like ds have 2 db's that aren't in sync where one is using default settings and the other the settings in the cp.
When using google for counts - use double quotes for usage counts for multiword terms and set "match type" to "exact" for all search volume lookups. Click here for more info

and the click thru ratio and rpc have tanked to ALL TIME LOWS. WTF DS??? Im sorry, but it is obvious DS is going down hiss fast.

this has been going on for quite some time. there is no conceivable reason for it... I wondered if it was the "3 for you, 2 for me" routine....

with regards to the original problem, my ds rep said they had tracked it down and sorted it out and I've not seen it since. the explanation they gave made sense in terms of how it manifested itself - one of their servers was intermittently timing out which was causing their system to pull in the wrong keywords. That's why it gave the impression of databases being out of sync.

I'm seeing all the work I've put into choosing landers, setting auto-optimized / manual keywords etc. for the approx. 1000 domains at DS all go for a ****. Everything is helter skelter and fubar. Now, when ever I try to make modifications to domains I get the message "Invalid domain" and cannot make any changes.
If I could find another ppc provider that paid even slightly better than DS I'd be moving domains on a regular basis. Unfortunately, I've tried most of the others and DS comes through with the bigger bottom line, even with the terrible support and screwed up system.
Come on DS, let's try and work together to make this a little more profitable for all of us.
