Three mortgage domains
I have three mortgage domain names, that have made $95 in click revenue in the past two days. I would hold onto them however I need the money now. The three I will sell for $3000 right now. Any smart investor will understand that they could make this back in about 2-3 months. I will prove all earnings.
-
Please PM me any details.
Thanks.
-
please pm the domains to me as well.
Thanks
-
Sold if you can prove earnings and traffic.
-
All who would like to screenshot of domains earnings and traffic stats, send me private email. I will move on the first offer. Earnings are solid.

nitronet becareful
i want to be clear here, i am not implying anything bad about this. but I have seen some of the domains listed on this board such as mortgagehosts.com and mortgagetracks.com
ive been doing mortgage domains for over four years and i find it very hard to believe the statements the poster has made regarding these domains. none have overture listings in either keywords or with .com.
this is just a general word of caution really applicable to all domains. maybe the domains get the traffic, may be they dont. if the admin does not think this appropriate, he can remove my post. do your homework.
i am really posting this for new members too. i am sure nitronet has the experience necessary to evaluate this.

hookups, I will send direct screenshot and proof
-
And if you feel that way why did you PM me about my domains? You wanted the details just like everyone else. Don't taint my rep just because you are skeptical, If I have the proof, you shouldn't be advising other members against me.

You have sent nitronet the proof of earnings, as he requested?

Making general warnings in sales threads is bad form.

Great. If the stats are as you say, I expect nitronet will be purchasing these names.

I've seen the stats and unfortunately they raise more questions than they answer as the number of visitors to number of clicks makes it look like either bot or self clicking.
The names have no linkpop, no overture for the terms, almost zero pages using the terms on google in any meaningful sense so there is a lack of an obvious traffic origin. The actual traffic volume is extremely low, but its the unsually high click volume that is generating the stats revenue.
The combination of the strange click stats and lack of an explanation for traffic origin would suggest extreme caution be used in using the stats as a basis for a purchase decision.
When using google for counts - use double quotes for usage counts for multiword terms and set "match type" to "exact" for all search volume lookups. Click here for more info

get it straight
get it straight that i asked to see the domains in order to evaluate them. but since you had already posted on mortgagetracks.com and mortgagehosts.com I am guessing these are two of the three.
there is NO WAY these domains get the traffic you claim, not from type in, not from links. they do not even get one visit per day, per week, per month. let alone the conversion rate you claim. there, I said it.
when you offer to sell a domian especially in the mortgage area be sure that I (along with everyone else) will check it out. And if I smell something funny, I will post my honest opinions for the more inexperienced users who may just see the category mortgage and jump.
how about this, you let the potential buyer test out the domains.
