 Domain Sales - Traffic Names Forum Notes - (Normal site rules apply)

Only posts asking questions specific to the sale may be posted. All other posts will be removed. Any complaints against a seller should be directed to the mods unless you have clear evidence of a fraud taking place - but we take abuses of this extremely seriously. These rules are in addition to the normal site rules.

Domains can only be listed in the traffic forum where the traffic level is known and detailed in the thread itself - Minimum of either 10 unique visitors per day or 50c revenue per week for a period of at least 4 weeks. This must be supported by actual statistics.. Assumption of traffic is not proof of traffic.

The origin of the traffic should be included in the post, overture count and linkpop figures can be stated, but the actual traffic figure is the basis for acceptance into this forum. Any artificial inflation of traffic by way of diverting traffic from other domains or purchasing traffic and pointing that to a domain offered as having traffic in the sales and/or traffic forums will be considered fraudulent.

Proof of traffic levels must be made available to any potential purchaser who makes such a request.

At least one of the domains for sale must be included in the message title or body. Posts that simply link to another site will be treated as promotion rather than sale.

Important Note: Please ensure you understand what you are buying before bidding/agreeing to buy. Traffic figures can vary over time for all manner of reasons (like new registration bot traffic). Metrics like overture/link popularity/PR etc are no guarantee that the levels expressed will continue. Also different venues can report different traffic levels due to filtering, different counting methods or different handling of wildcard and 404 traffic etc
