Minimum of either 10 unique visitors per day or 50c revenue per week for a period of at least 4 weeks.

Great, hopefully that will improve the quality of these offers.

Given people seemed to be listed names only just registered that would be getting bot traffic and/or listing names that may have had a very small window spike (like being listed on domain forums) - this change had to come.
