Firstly, let me introduce myself. My name is Roshan and I am a designer. I make free css templates at my free time. Most of them are of high quality and have been featured on websites like smashingmagazine.com, noupe.com etc. Few years back, I made a website called ramblingsoul.com (I sold it last year) which is now one of the most popular websites for free css templates.
I am selling CSSHeaven.org which I started after selling ramblingsoul.com to release css templates. Templates you will see on this websites are unique. and all of them are licensed to me and cssheaven.org (except a few templates I reused from ramblingsoul.com)

The website has a Google Pagerank 4 and gets 6K unique visitors and about 20K page views per month (as per GA) I will provide the details in PM if anyone is interested.

I am not making any money from the website yet. Although, I sold a couple of template licensing ($50 each) to remove the link back to cssheaven. But, I won't count that as any income as this option was only introduced about 2 months ago.

I tried to run Google Adsense last month when there was some interest from few buyers who contacted me and suggested me to try and run adsense and see how much impressions I got. I ran it for about 1 Week, and was getting 1.14 $ per day. I disabled it since it started to make the website look ugly.

There was some interests from people to buy graphics banners from the homepage.. But, I didn't want to as It was only PR4.

Why I am saying this because I want to explain why the website is not making money.
But, I think it has huge potentials. In fact, one of my ideas is to sell PSD files and premium templates in the website if no one is interested to buy it now.

Website is powered by WordPress. You can update / upload new templates using wordpress posts. There is also a Download Manager to see how many are downloaded. and some templates have been downloaded for more than 5000 in less than 2- 3 months. The reason for that is because some websites that featured my templates gave direct links to the zip file. Hence, the page view was not logged by the analytics and the download count was logged.
