I purchased a registered domain name (watchmecode.com) online that's registered at Neonic. I was given the password to login to the account and was able to request an authorization code to transfer the domain.

However, the authorization code is invalid and I can't reach them. I've tried emailing them many times... no response. I tried calling them and it tells me that their phone number can't be reached outside of Finland...

Is there anything I can do to get this domain name? Has anyone else dealt with them?
