Please advise how can I un-lock a domain at moniker?

I am trying to push a domain but the push keeps failing.

I am wondering if it is because the domain is locked?

Actually, name was listed at snapnames, that why I couldn't push it. Moniker support helped resolve the issue.

I think the aunthetication ID and name should be right.
