I have had this problem before and can't remember how I resolved it, but how do I change the IPS TAG with moniker for a co.uk?

The details are on their site somewhere but damned if I can find them.

I normally just submit a support ticket and get them to initiate the process for me.

Thanks, I just got a reply to my ticket saying they would do it. I am sure I saved the details somewhere on how to do it yourself though
