ENOM SUCKS !!!.... They are DIRTY CROOKS!

In short: a domain was going to expire on 11/01/2010. AUTO Renew was on
but ENOM released/sold it on 11/01/2010 WITHOUT a GRACE or REDEMPTION period.

When I called ENOM customer support to ask about the failed AUTO RENEW and
the GRACE or REDEMPTION periods they said "Read the ENOM user agreement"
    and disconnected the call.

(NOTE: The domain "Creation date" was unchanged!)

So you wrote 'set to expire on 11/1", and then you list the whois expiration of 10/1. Typo or grace period?

I don't see how they could have legally sold it ON 10/1/10 (date of expiration).

Anyway, for them or ANY registrar to pick and choose which domains they allow a grace period and which ones they snatch up for their own reward to me is unethical, and should not be legal.

This link to InterNIC for registrar complaints might help.

I suppose there is a competition as well in the domain name registration business as well.
So I suppose that will not be a problem for you to find another provider.
