I get mine for $9.90 I think any other registrar is cheaper. Try namecheap com

I buy all my domain names from creedhost. I dont know whether they provide it at cheap rate or not. I use their service because it is reliable.

Most of the registrars have similar prices. So it's not of a big signifficance, if you are not going to buy hundreds of domains...
