Microsoft (msnbc) just acquired and launched Breakingnews(dot)com and believe the regional US and UK NewsBell sites have incredible potential serving a more focused user base and region.

A lot of the big value plays and markets with the biggest potential are pointing to a more Localized Internet - this takes it there!
